Standard Membership Rules:

Please carefully read these Standard Membership Rules for TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale, which apply to all TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale members. If you do not wish to comply with these Rules, you should immediately cancel your membership in accordance with section 5 below.

1. Membership. Subject to your compliance with these Rules and payment of the membership fee you agreed to when joining TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale, you will have a membership with TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale including the right to purchase merchandise at exclusive wholesale prices from TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale.

2. Registration. You agree to provide us with accurate and complete information, including your legal name, street address, email address and country/origin.  Providing your telephone number is optional, however, TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale recommends your provide this information to us should we need to contact you regarding your membership and/or any orders you place with TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale . All information will be subject to the standard TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale Standard Privacy Policy as stated in section 6 below.  You warrant that any credit card or bank account information you provide to PayPal is accurate and that you have the right to use the account.

3. Renewal Fees. For an annual renewal membership fee (which is currently $10.00) you will receive updated wholesale price lists and other information available to TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale members. TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale may change prices or institute new fees at any time. The renewal membership fee will be automatically charged annually on your anniversary month to the credit card or bank account you have provided to Paypal, unless you inactivate or cancel your membership in accordance with section 5 below.

4.  Drop Ship Fees. Any order containing less then five gowns that is requested to be sent to an address other then your registered membership address on file with TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale will be charged our drop ship fee of $5 per gown.  All fees are waived on lot orders of five or more gowns that are requested to be sent to the same mailing address. TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale may change prices or institute new fees at any time.

5. Cancellation. If you cancel your membership within 10 days of joining TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale, you are eligible for a 50% refund of your membership fee.  After 10 days, no refund will be given. Cancellation will void all rights to purchase wholesale from TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale.

6.  Privacy. TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale takes privacy matters seriously. Your information will be kept private and will only be used by TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale.  We will not sell or disclose your information.

7.  Minimum Order.  There is a 2 gown minimum order requirement when placing your first gown order with TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale.  If you prefer not to purchase 2 gowns, you may purchase one gown at the non-member price to meet this first time order requirement.  There are no reorder purchase minimum requirements.  There are no minimum order requirements for bridal accessory purchases.

8. Termination. TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale may immediately terminate your membership if you breach any provision of these Rules, or if you fail to pay any fees or charges when due. TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale also reserves the right to terminate any membership upon refund of the most recent annual fee. If your membership is terminated for any reason other than non-payment, you may not rejoin TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale, either directly or through another person.

9. Communication. Throughout the course of your membership, TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale may contact you for administrative and promotional reasons by mail, email or telephone. You may be able to opt out of some of these communication channels by contacting TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale and requesting a removal of such communication.

10. Prohibited Activities. You may not directly or indirectly (a) use the names TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale in the conduct of your business, (b) infringe on any TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale trade names, trademarks or copyrights, (c) contact or solicit other TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale members, (d) use your TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale membership in any manner or for any purpose other than selling TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale products, (e) distribute TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale products outside authorized sales channels, (f) engage in any unlawful, unfair or deceptive business practice, (g) fail to conduct your business in an honest and ethical manner, (h) engage in any abusive, tortious or unprofessional language or conduct, (i) violate any applicable law or regulation, (k)do anything to harm TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale, its affiliates or other members, or degrade TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale’s goodwill or reputation, or (l) do business with any person who does any of the foregoing.

11. Compliance. You are solely responsible for all aspects of operating your business. You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations in connection with the operation of your business and the sale and marketing of our products. You agree to indemnify and defend TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale from any claims or demands in connection with your negligence, misconduct or violation of any laws.

12. Trademarks and Copyrights. You may not use the name TB Wedding Dresses or any confusingly similar names, in any manner. You may not use the name or likeness of any TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale spokesperson, employee or other member. You may not copy or link to www.tbweddingdresseswholesale.com. You may not copy or use any copyrighted text, graphics, CD-ROM or online content of TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale. You may only copy or use designated TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale product descriptions, product photographs, and .jpg files on your website to advertise products you purchased from TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale for sale to your customers, and not in any other manner or for any other purpose. You may not delegate or authorize any other person do so, whether on your behalf or otherwise.
