Shipping Charges
Shipping fees charged during checkout are valid for the USA & Canada only. Additional charges may be required for shipment to all other countries. If required, TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale will send a separate invoice for the additional charge.
If desired, please contact us for a shipping quote. Due to the eight hour USA/Europe time difference, please allow 24 hours for receipt of shipping quotes.
Method of Shipment
Shipments will be sent via Express Mail Service to countries that offer such service.
TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale will notify you if a different shipping service is required. Depending on your location, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery of your order.
For faster delivery, orders can be sent via Federal Express for an additional charge. Please contact us for a shipping quote.
Please note: All wedding gowns and flower girl dresses will be packaged with care. However, they will not be pressed before leaving the factory. Therefore, expect some wrinkling. Thank you.
Import Custom Fees
In order to avoid having to pay the high cost of import custom fees, all shipments containing more then 5 items will be sent in split shipments. For example, an order of 8 wedding gowns will be sent in two separate shipments containing 4 gowns each. This not only allows for cheaper importing but also allows for easier importing of your shipments.
Bridal Wear Refund and Shipping Policy
Buyer pays shipping, handling, and insurance. Insurance is optional and responsibility of buyer. TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale cannot guarantee any item arriving safely without insurance. Please contact us for purchase of insurance and TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale will send you a separate purchase invoice.
TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale will honor returns on standard size gowns within 5 days of receipt of gown (verified by tracking information). Gown must be returned in original packaging and in original condition as received. We reserve the right to decline refunds on inspection of the returned gown. We will refund the purchase price less the original shipping cost. Returns must be sent as an insured and traceable shipment. Once shipped, please contact us with the shipping tracking number. There will be a 25% restocking fee to be charged on each return.
TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale will honor a one time exchange on standard size gowns within 5 days of receipt of gown (verified by tracking information). Gown must be returned in original packaging and in original condition as received. We reserve the right to decline exchanges on inspection of the returned gown. Exchanges must be sent as an insured and traceable shipment. Once shipped, please contact us with the shipping tracking number. Once received, TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale will process your exchange with the manufacturer for reorder, or in the event we have your gown in stock, your gown will be sent out within 3 business days of receipt. There will be a 25% restocking fee to be charged on each exchange.
There are no returns or exchanges for custom cut gowns (gowns made to your exact measurements). However, in the event that the gown received is not the color or model originally ordered, TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale will issue an exchange. For an exchange to be honored, TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale must receive the returned gown within 5 days of receipt (verified by tracking information). Please contact us with any questions before purchasing. We will promptly respond.
Bridal Accessory Refund and Shipping Policy
TB Wedding Dresses Wholesale will honor returns on bridal accessories within 5 days of receipt of item (verified by tracking information). Item must be returned in original packaging and in original condition as received. We reserve the right to decline refunds on inspection of the returned item. We will refund the purchase price less the original shipping cost. Returns must be sent as a traceable shipment. Once shipped, please contact us with the shipping tracking number.
